Development and design are essential in the run-up to each production. This is where we are able to support our customers already during product development thanks to our many years of experience. In addition to supportive product development, we offer to carry out specific lifetime and stand tests as required. With a state-of-the-art CAD system, we not only design our products, but also the accessories and equipment we need for production.
In plastic injection molding, we rely on state-of-the-art machinery with clamping forces of between 25 and 150 tons. We can also use our fully automated feeding technology as required. In order to guarantee optimal prices for our customers, our soft rollers are principally produced by injection molding in a separate production line.
Here we have at our disposal a highly modern machine park including a bar-loading system for different diameter ranges. In order to ensure the highest precision for injected plastic-sheathed ball bearings, they are turned again in a second operation. This takes place on specially developed automatic lathes with a fully automatic feeding system.
In our final assembly, we have a wide range of mounting technology options. We have integrated almost all operations such as ball bearing assembly, lubrication, dust cover assembly, rivet bolt assembly, as well as the final assembly of the roller wheels and soft rollers into fully automatic assembly processes. Likewise, for small and/or complex operations, we proffer manual assembly with qualified specialist personnel and modern assembly tools.
Already during the production processes, we use the experience of our QA department as well as state-of-the-art measuring instruments, which we use to the profit of our customers. In addition to classic and mechanical measuring equipment, we also exploit most sophisticated measuring instruments to attain results through complex measurement supported by cameras or computers.
In order to be able to react quickly and flexibly to the requirements of our production units, we have set up our own special-purpose engineering and maintenance & repair departments. Whether electrotechnical, mechatronic or purely mechanical requirements are expected, our highly qualified staff is able to remedy disruptions in the production departments quickly and without significant losses. We even design and build a large part of our equipment for our manufacturing on our own.
