Development & Design
Every successful manufacturing process begins with well-conceived development and precise design. We support our customers right from this early stage, drawing on our extensive experience and comprehensive technical expertise. To complement this, we conduct specific lifetime and static tests as needed, realistically simulating both dynamic and static loads. We also employ additional testing procedures—such as salt spray tests—to validate and optimize product development. Using state-of-the-art CAD systems, we design not only the products themselves but also the necessary accessories and production equipment required for efficient, precise manufacturing. In this way, we ensure consistent quality, short development times, and tailored solutions—from the initial concept to full-scale production readiness.
Prototyping
In practice, our specialty products must meet a wide range of demanding requirements. We therefore consider the ability to provide samples to our customers an essential part of our service offering.
As early as this stage, we draw upon the extensive experience of our development, quality assurance, and serial production departments. This ensures that our prototypes already meet the high standards required for subsequent serial production.
Steel turning & Grinding
We ensure quality on modern automatic lathes. If required, post-processing can be carried out here by means of various grinding operations. Thanks to our wide range of options, we can produce geometries and dimensions that meet special customer requirements.
Plastic injection molding
For plastic injection molding, we rely on state-of-the-art machinery with clamping forces between 25 and 150 tons. We can also use our fully automated feeding technology if required. To ensure optimal prices for our customers, our soft rollers are always manufactured by injection molding on our own production line.
Plastic turning
We have access to a modern machine park, including a bar loading system for various diameter ranges. To ensure the highest precision for injection-molded, plastic-sheathed ball bearings, they are overturned in a second operation. This takes place on specially developed automatic lathes with a fully automatic feeding system.
Production of cold headed parts
Cold headed bolts are suitable for high quantities. In this case, we are able to produce rivet or screw bolts for our sliding rollers or for ball bearings on machines of two different sizes. The choice of the machine size depends on the size of the bolt as well as the degree of forming.
Ball production
We can ensure our performance with specially developed machines and feed concepts, which offer optimal production batch sizes and thus the economical production of SKT steel balls. Due to the individuality of our machines, we are able to produce even small quantities for our customers.
Assembly
In our final assembly department, we have a wide range of assembly technology options. We have integrated almost all operations, such as ball bearing assembly, lubrication, dust cover assembly, rivet bolt assembly, and the final assembly of soft rollers and slide bearings, into fully automated assembly processes. We also offer manual assembly for small and/or complex operations with qualified staff members and modern assembly tools.
Quality assurance
Already during the production processes, we use the experience of our QA department as well as state-of-the-art measuring instruments, which we use to the profit of our customers. In addition to classic and mechanical measuring equipment, we also exploit most sophisticated measuring instruments to attain results through complex measurement supported by cameras or computers.

Special machine building & Servicing
In order to be able to react quickly and flexibly to the requirements of our production units, we have set up our own special-purpose engineering and maintenance & repair departments. Whether electrotechnical, mechatronic or purely mechanical requirements are expected, our highly qualified staff is able to remedy disruptions in the production departments quickly and without significant losses. We even design and build a large part of our equipment for our manufacturing on our own.
