Steel

The selection of materials depends on the product to be manufactured, load, quality level and other general conditions specified by the customer. We process these materials under using of different manufacturing processes such as machining, grinding, or cold forming. In order to conform to RoHS or REACH directives, we also offer lead-free versions.

Bearing steel

This is the classic bearing steel 100Cr6, which is used for highest loads in steel ball bearings or plastic-coated ball bearings.

Stainless steel

If the prevention of rust formation plays an important role in the application, various stainless-steel materials can be considered depending on the manufacturing process. For example, we process 1.4125, 1.3541, 1.4034, 1.4305, as well as, on request, stainless steel that can be assigned to category A4.

Machining & Case-hardened steel

For low loads, we can offer cost-effective solutions with the materials 1.0737 or 1.0718, as well as in a lead-free version using 1.0715. For the production of turned bolts for sliding roller, we use machining steel as well.

Cold extrusion steel

For price-optimized bolts, we process various cold extrusion steels such as C10C, 1.4567, 1.4016 or brass, which are often used in slide bearings.

Brass

For use in wet areas, we manufacture ball and slide bearings made of brass. Here, too, we are able to offer our products in lead-free design.
