R & D & Design
Development and design are essential in the run-up to each production. Here we are able to support our customers already during product development thanks to our many years of experience. In addition to supportive product development, we offer to carry out specific lifetime and static load tests as required. With a state-of-the-art CAD system, we not only design our products, but also the equipment we need for our production.
Prototyping
Our special products are subject to a wide range of requirements under real applications. Therefore, we consider it an important service to be able to offer our customers samples. Here, we can make use of our extensive experience in series production.
Steel turning & Grinding
We ensure quality on modern automatic lathes. If necessary, we can use a finishing with various grinding steps. Our diverse possibilities allow us to produce geometries and dimensions that meet specific customer requirements.
Plastic injection molding
For plastic injection molding, we rely on state-of-the-art machinery with clamping forces between 25 and 150 tons. We can also use our fully automated feeding technology if required. To ensure optimal prices for our customers, our soft rollers are always manufactured by injection molding on our own production line.
Plastic turning
We have access to a modern machine park, including a bar loading system for various diameter ranges. To ensure the highest precision for injection-molded, plastic-sheathed ball bearings, they are overturned in a second operation. This takes place on specially developed automatic lathes with a fully automatic feeding system.
Production of cold headed parts
Cold headed bolts are suitable for high quantities. In this case, we are able to produce rivet or screw bolts for our sliding rollers or for ball bearings on machines of two different sizes. The choice of the machine size depends on the size of the bolt as well as the degree of forming.
Ball production
We can ensure our performance with specially developed machines and feed concepts, which offer optimal production batch sizes and thus the economical production of SKT steel balls. Due to the individuality of our machines, we are able to produce even small quantities for our customers.
Assembly
In our final assembly department, we have a wide range of assembly technology options. We have integrated almost all operations, such as ball bearing assembly, lubrication, dust cover assembly, rivet bolt assembly, and the final assembly of soft rollers and slide bearings, into fully automated assembly processes. We also offer manual assembly for small and/or complex operations with qualified staff members and modern assembly tools.
Quality assurance
Already during the production process, we use the experience of our QA department as well as modern measuring equipment, which we use to our customers’ benefit. In addition to traditional and mechanical measuring instruments, we also use state-of-the-art measuring devices that use cameras or computers to generate complex measurement results.

Special machine building & Servicing
In order to be able to react quickly and flexibly to the requirements of our production, we have set up our own machine building and service department. Whether electrotechnical, mechatronic or purely mechanical requirements are expected, our highly qualified staff is able to repair disruptions in the production departments quickly and without significant losses of time. We even design and build a large part of our equipment for our production on our own.
