Our customizable guide rollers offer tailor-made solutions in terms of geometry and attachments for every installation situation. Available in diameters up to 100 mm, they include a wide range of materials, including rolling bearing steel, stainless steel, free-cutting steel, cold-formed steel, and various plastics.

For specific corrosion protection requirements, we offer the option of galvanizing the steel parts.

Guide rollers as single-component rollers

The basis for the fully perfected running comfort and long lifetime of our guide rollers is a specially developed bolt design, which, in combination with special lubricants, ensures the plastic roller functions optimally. We also offer separate guide rollers without mounted bolts, which are manufactured by turning or injection molding depending on the quantity. We manufacture these rollers in diameters from 3 to 60 mm from various materials such as POM, PA, TPE, and optimized plastics.

Guide rollers as two-component rollers

In response to increasing market demands for low-noise rollers, the so-called soft roller was developed. This reduces rolling noise to a minimum. Depending on requirements, various versions can be overmolded laterally, centrally, or completely. The hard core ensures optimal sliding properties on the bolt. Three specially tested materials with different hardness levels are currently available for the coating. We manufacture these rollers in diameters ranging from 11 to 35 mm.

Guide rollers with ball bearings

For even smoother rolling and greater robustness, we offer plastic-coated ball bearings. Various materials are available, such as POM, PET, PA, or TPE. These materials offer different characteristics that allow us to specifically address specific customer requirements. With this wide selection of plastics, customized geometries, and the ability to combine them with various steel materials, we offer our customers ball bearings with an outer diameter of 10 to approximately 100 mm.

Furniture fittings

Guide rollers are used in a wide variety of furniture fittings and enable quiet, smooth opening and closing of elements.
