Assemblies or carriages can be completed with soft rollers, ball and slide bearings. There is a wide variety of options available for the base frame, such as stamped parts, zinc die-cast parts, milled variants or plastic parts.
In our final assembly, qualified specialist personnel will mount tailorized carriage models according to customer specifications, check them, and, if required, pack them into agreed batch sizes.
We are thus able to provide ready-made solutions, from very small to large series, all from one single source. This saves our customers another assembly step in their workflow, which ultimately downsizes the final expense to the customer’s advantage.
It is also part of our service to integrate base frames originating from the customer.
