Our customizable plastic rollers offer tailor-made solutions in terms of geometry and attachments for every installation situation. Available in diameters from 3 to 100 mm, they include a wide range of materials, including various types of POM, PA, PET, TPE, or PU, to meet the highest demands of various applications. To perfect your product, we also use various additives and even dyes.

Plastic-sheathed ball bearings

Ball bearings with a plastic coating are ideal for smooth running, low starting and rolling resistance, and smooth rolling. This protects the profile rail and other system components. A wide variety of materials offer different characteristics, allowing us to specifically address specific customer requirements.

Soft rollers

Due to the increasing market demand for low-noise rollers, the so-called soft roller was developed. Our soft rollers reduce rolling noise to a minimum. The hard core ensures optimal sliding properties on the bolt Depending on the design, our soft rollers are used as loaded rollers or guide rollers.

Slide bearings

Our slide bearings are not only used as guide rollers, but also as simple support rollers. Areas of application for plastic rollers

Furniture fittings

Plastic rollers are used as load-bearings or guiding elements in furniture fittings, for example, in cabinet and drawer systems, kitchens, or tables. Rollers enable low-friction and quiet movement of drawers, doors, flaps, refrigerators or freezers, and other components.
