Rollers

Assemblies & complete carriage units
Our assemblies and carriage units can be customized with soft rollers, ball bearings, or slide bearings. As well, different rollers can be combined in one product, for example, if support and guide movements are required in one carriage.
We offer a wide range of base bodies: from stamped and zinc die-casted parts to plastic and milled versions. We also offer the service to complete your own base bodies to fully meet your specific needs.
Steel balls
At SKT Schwarzwälder Kugel- und Rollentechnik you will find individually manufactured steel balls that redefine precision and quality in the industry. Unsere Produkte sind speziell dafür konzipiert, um den hohen Anforderungen in verschiedenen Industriebereichen gerecht zu werden, wie beispielsweise in: Kugelgewindetrieben, Kugelbuchsen, Kugelführungen, Linearführungen, Linearkugellagern, Profilschienenführungen sowie Kugellagern. Sollten die gewünschten Kugeln nicht sofort verfügbar sein, sind wir in der Regel in der Lage, diese innerhalb von etwa drei Wochen zu liefern.
Standard – deep groove ball bearings
With the technical expertise of a manufacturer, SKT also offers standard deep groove ball bearings according to DIN 625 in various types. Our product range extends to deep groove ball bearings, miniature deep groove ball bearings, double-row ball bearings, thin-section ball bearings, and flanged ball bearings, which are available in various bearing series. In all designs, high-precision raceways, balls of the highest quality, and the design-related contact surface geometry ensure optimal friction and noise behavior as well as smooth running.
